Raffle Guidelines 2005-06
Beginning Spring Quarter 2006
1.
One organization will win a
prize of $50 dollars for simply publicizing
their event on the Calendar.
2.
Advertising 1 event during that quarter allows for 1 raffle ticket in the drawing, 5 or more events allows for 2 raffle tickets and 10+
events get 3 tickets.
3.
All eligible organizations
must publicize an on-campus student run event.
4.
Raffle prize winner must be
a registered organization with the Office of the Dean of Students.
5.
Events that are being publicized
must be for the specific quarter (spring) in order to be eligible
for that quarters raffle prize. (weekly club meetings count
as an event!)
Winner will be chosen by 10th
week of spring qtr, and all eligible clubs will be notified via email.
