MRP Chart:

The member recognition program (MRP) chart below, helps paid members keep track of how many hours they need to complete to reach the next award. Every year during March at DCON, Circle K paid members get awarded for their hard work and hours, dedicated to the community and club. The awards vary from Bronze to Platinum, so the more hours you do, the higher the award. The awards are based upon the community service hours and events members attend. Benefits of MRP:

Benefits of the MRP include: awards, as mentioned above, and recognition during general meetings, such as MoM and/or MoW. Circle K keeps a record of all the service hours members do for up to 3 years, so when a member applies for an internship or job, they can include how many hours they have done with Circle K, creating a great resume! For non-paid members, service hours are only recorded for a couple of months.
