Photonics@UCI in IONS-NA 6

Two of our members went to the IONS-NA6 conference in Ensenada, Mexico.
The conference was a great success. The Cicese (Centro de Investigación Científica y de Educación superior de Ensenada, Baja California) was an excellent choice to enjoy four days of conference talks, poster sessions and social gatherings surrounded by students conducting research in various areas in optics and photonics.
Alba and Kyle presented their work on biophotonics, and were acknowledged by their peers with 1st and 3rd place awards in the oral presentation competition.  Congratulations guys!
