I have received a few messages regarding Core FTP, so I wanted to post a screen-shot
and text of how to configure the client to connect to your CIS account.
NOTE: These instructions should work with any FTP client.
As shown in this article:

you will need to use these settings:
Server:
www.clubs.uci.eduUser:
USERNAMECheck the
SSH/SFTP box.
Your web site files are in the
Sites folder. This is the only directory visible to web users.
If you put files anywhere else, they will not be web accessible (using a browser). You can still use PHP includes by referencing
/Accounts/CLUBNAME/path/to/file.
