Customizing your list settings

Getting Started

Your mailing list should be set up with your CIS account.

  • The only way for clubs and organizations to get a mailman list is to specifiy it in the CORE account application [1]. If you did not ask for one when you applied you can fill out another applicationin only providing your club name and marking "yes" under Do you want a mailing list?
  • To access your mailing list settings go to the clubs homepage CORE and on the left you'll find a link to mailman

Once you click here you should come to the page below. Here Scroll down and find your clubs name and select it.

  • Next you'll come to the general options page. The top portion is what you will be using to change all your mailing list options. We will go through in detail what these are later.

  • For now, lets look at the general options fields. Most of these are self explanatory, and for some more info on what it means you can click details. Some that are important and may be confusing are explained below:
