Support Options

Walk-in

• Drop by the CORE Office.

Appointment

• Pick a time between 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Friday (not including holidays, days UCI is closed, etc).
  • We are unable to see you when the Office of the Dean of Students (DOS) is closed, so please be aware of DOS office hours.
• E-mail coreacct@uci.edu with your availability and the date/time you would prefer.
• Receive a verbal or written confirmation from a CA Administrator.
• Come to the Dean of Students Office at the agreed upon date and time.
  • If you can't make it, please let us know beforehand.
• Speak with our front desk staff and we will come out to meet you.

    • Your name
    • your club/group/organization, including your CORE Account username (i.e. sample@clubs.uci.edu)
    • A way to contact you (phone number or e-mail address)
    • A general description of the problem
